I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - Intern (LPC-Intern) in the State of Texas who has experience working with individuals and groups, including adolescents (12 years and older) and adults. I am trained in a variety of therapy techniques, and work most specifically with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

About Me

If you’ve ever thought, “I’m just not sure what to do anymore. I’m overwhelmed, and I think I could use some help,” I believe this is one of the most powerful realizations we can have. Acting on that realization takes courage and strength. As a Christian counselor, I draw from my faith and personal experiences of grief, loss, and significant life changes. I understand how challenging it can be to seek help. I am honored to walk alongside each client, offering support and guidance.

I grew up in Conroe, TX, and live in the Conroe area, close to many of my family and friends. I am pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. I am an LPC-Intern under the supervision of Julia Roy, M.A., LPC-S.

My experience includes treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, foster and adoption, family conflicts, grief and bereavement, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and life transitions. I work with individuals and groups, including adolescents (12 years and older) and adults, helping them navigate their struggles with compassion and understanding.
